Default Connecting rods

Hi all, Anybody out there that might know if the rods from an F3 will fit in an F2. The F2's are unavailable, but the F3's are in stock
Even with the Carillos. They would be custom to fit an F2, for about $2K.... but on the shelf for F3's. They both have the same bore and stroke, but ...
Different part numbers. Just wondering if they're interchangeable....

thanks
Rick

Not sure I still have any F3 rods laying around or I'd measure them up against an F2 one.

This thread might be of some help or not:

Would be cheaper just to find a running F2 or F3 engine rather than build something.
Or get an F2 engine and pull the rods and use them. They may be used, but they rarely go bad.

Thanks for checking, I am building a vintage superbike with JE 2mm over pistons. Just concerned. Hate to dump all that money and blow a hole in it.....

Couldn't find any F3 rod, so I can't measure anything.

It would be worth asking about this in the F3 section, you might get an answer there.
