cbr throttle cable
if i remember correctly its not hard, just remove it on the handle bar end, remove the gas tank, and you'll have access to the carb end of the throttle cable....get the manual for the bike...its available on this site(linked) for free
yup like he said, take off the throttle tube, the tank and possibly the airbox (I forget), you can probbaly get a used throttle tube with cable off ebay for not much, then its just a matter of sliding on the new throttle tube, routing the cables, attaching the 2 ends to the carb and adjusting the free play
