Carb Sync Question

Carb Sync Question
Two questions:
Where do I get the inline air reducers to help slow the flow?
Also, say Carb 3 is pulling more than Carb 4...which way to I turn the adjuster. Clockwise or Counter?
Also, I guess if Carb 3 is pulling more do I adjust the screw between 2 and 3 or 3 and 4? I know all these carbs have to be balanced back to Carb 2.
It is a 1993 CBR600F2.
Thanks

I'm not sure where you can get the reducers. Mine came with my CarbTune tool.
This is really easier once you do it. It's not important to know ahead of time which way you need to turn the screws to get it to balance. The engine is going to be running while you're adjusting it (I'm assuming you have a 4 gauge tool). You turn the screw between carbs 3 and 4 to bring them together. If you turn the screw CW and the carb that is higher starts getting even higher, then turn the screw CCW. The idea is just to get them to balance. Then you adjust the screw between 1 and 2 carbs, get them to balance. Then finally, adjust the screw between carbs 2 and 3 and this will bring the 2 pairs together. Then you're done.
