Default brake problems

hello everyone....I am having a nightmare with the brakes on my '92 f2...I have stripped the calipers and noticed that one piston in each caliper pushed out easily and the other was very stiff, anyway I have cleaned everything up (no rust on pistons) and rebuilt them..........but even without the seals one piston in each caliper seems very stiff to replace. I put copper grease on the slider pins etc. and went out to test them..........well they work great with lots of bite BUT they keep sticking on????? I can feel them binding when I try to push the bike and the rotors are getting very hot because they must be binding as Im riding it as well. Can anyone give me any suggestions?....can the caliper body be worn?....even better has anyone got a set of calipers that work fine to sell me in the UK? I am planning on taking my son out with me pillion soon but its a no go as far as I,m concerned until I have sorted this problem.....thanks in advance for any help.........................................dave

Maybe the piston cylinders are worn/scratches? You could try honing the cylinder walls and see if that helps. As far as a new pair of calipers, eBay always has great deals on F2 parts seems like. I bought a pair on eBay couple years back for about 15 bucks shipped and they worked great. Good luck and glad to hear you're being responsible.
