Battery dying
I was wondering if it was the computer or if you were studdering.............lol anyway.
If you change out the burnt wires and the battery is still dying on you WITHOUT the smell you desribed prior, then it's got to be a faulty ground somewhere, check the ground locations and make sure they have a good metal surface to mount to. ie no rush or dirt or anything like that.

where are these ground points, does anyone have a map? it wierd bc the bike didnt do this the first week i had it.
also about a week ago my temp gauge lights stopped working for like 5 minutes and have been working since last night, they went out again (think it has anything to do with it?)
my friends keep asking me about an altenator but as far as i know bike have a different recharging process than a car can anyone explain it to me?
