Anybody know a good Honda f2 mechanic in Los Angeles/lakewood? I need some help, info etc...on problem

I rode it last nov. highsided at fontana and at the time the bike ran good...since then I started it and when I give it gas, it cuts off. I am sure servicing the carbs is over due or engine maintenance is due would like to work as (apprentice to save some money) with mechanic too learn how too to work on the bike If anybody can help would appreciate it...
