Default alternator/stator

I have a 1991 honda cbrf2 rusn great. Has new stator/rectifier and battery abotu a yr ago. The battery takes a charge> My problem is directly out of the stator wires i only get 3.3volts on one, 1.6 on another and 0 on the last one. nothing i can do except get another stator correct?

yes, according to the manual, if any one of the yellow wires fails the volt test, u need to replace the whole thing

do you believe it is possible to have the alternator drum (flywheel) air gap to large to get more voltage maybe... i do have about 36k mileage... im just unsure before i ship it back to the manufacture...

forgot to say that the ohms test and checking for stator grounded both passed... 1.0 ohms on all three readings and no continuty to ground in any of the stator wires
