RE: 93 600 f2 problems
its gotta be some sort of fuel problem. It seems like possibly you have sediment in your gas tank and blocking up the petcock. that would be my guess. I would maybe take off the petcock and zap it with some carb cleaner and give the inside of the tank a good once over.

RE: 93 600 f2 problems
I had the same problem last summer. I found out that no air could get into the tank and the motor can only suck a certain vacum in the tank before it can not suck more juice. It needs air into the tank.
I had sucess by opening the tank lid several times and then it was ok. But the real problem was a little rubber kind of vent, in the tank lid. It was hard as a rock due to age, so I removed it. From then I did not have any problems. Please check this out, and I hope it will help you.

well i have the bike up at my uncles friends shop and they are tellin me it might be the coils or the cdi box im not sure this is pissing me off im just want to ride the damn thing because its finally nice out but check this i rode it up to the shop to day and i ran it at high rpm's to run it hot to see if it would do it again and it did i ran up to about 12000 rpm in 3rd as soon as it hit 12000 rpm's it wouldnt go over it and lost all of its power and it droped down to about 55 mph i really need to figure this out i dont want to buy a bunch of stuff and find out it isnt that ya know i found the parts on ebay for decent prices but i would like to know if it is really it i think im gonna have to just start rippin stuff off and start some where but i wont know if it is fixed or not untill i ride it for awhile which sucks because i could change things out ride it and it still do so i would have to drive around for a few this sucks
