Also black is the hardest color to paint. Unless the prep work is perfect, imperfections will show. Good luck.

The power pack offers a choice of ignition curves and rev limits....they were a pricey item 15 years ago $250-300...about the same as a PCIII is today. I don't know anyone that bought one, so can't tell you what its worth. I can tell you I wouldn't set a higher redline on the F2/3...the valves are almost floating as it is.

Check the vendors area. The site has some sponsors that will treat you well. I have used few others with good success...I have stuck to online for OEM parts as the dealers around her suck.Aftermarket stuff that you can get at the corner speedshop run by a former racer I try to buy local....but good online sources exist there too. A few on my list:Sudco, Oemcycle, DennisKirk, BikeBandit, WesternHonda...the list is endless.

Thanks for the replys.
I was thinking about what you said about the redline and I don't even know what the stock redline is.
What do you guys take your F2 up to?
What would be a safe redline?
(Remember my F2 is slightly modded with a header, exhaust can, K&N filter, stage 3 jets, and that V&H power pak.)

P.S. I am having trouble finding any info on the power pak, i.e. instructions or a manual to tell about the different settings. I have know idea what mode to put it on. Any suggestions?

When I am riding around town I take it to the beginning of the power band about 6K. When I want to **** and get about 8K give or take.
