Default 2 F2's in the family!

My girlfriend has been riding for a little while now. She bought a Ninja 250 in June and I've been teaching her ever since. She's put a few thousand miles on the Ninja, gone through MSF, and done a couple short touring trips (300 mi round trip max). She loves that little Ninja, but hated getting left behind at every intersection when I lightly accelerate on my F2. We've talked about her getting a bigger bike, and I let her know that I think she's finally ready to graduate to 600cc sport bikes.

She saw a Streetfightered out F2 on Craigslist for $1150. He was having trouble idling it, and killed the battery. I saw the fuel level was low (causing the horrible idle), and bump started it and took it for a ride. It's very straight mechanically, and looks pretty clean for a streetfighter. The guy saw my club set and took the price down to $950 because he likes the motorcycle club I'm prospecting for. She rode it down to my brother's shop where I can pull the carbs, clean em, change oil, and do the other basic maintenance things I do with every new to me bike. My girl is excited, and I'm happy I won't have to wait so long for her to catch up with me from stoplights.

Here are some pics, sorry they're the crappy ones pulled from C-List.
