So I finally got the bike started. Threw in some new honda plugs and it fired RIGHT up. So i got on to ride and its definately lacking power. Also I noticed it sounds like my friends 250 ninja. Something isn't right. Any ideas?

 

after testing the coil again, turned out to be dead. got a new coil and she runs again!!!!!!!
