Can anyone tell me if this is a 600 rear wheel?

I contacted the seller and he said he didn't know what year or displacement the wheel came from. Looks like F1, I just can't tell if it's a 600 or 1000 wheel.

It's got the 130 tire, and I am pretty sure the 1000 had the 140, but that doesn't mean a lot since someone could always put a smaller tire on the 1000 rim.

At $70 shipped it's an excellent deal since I need wheel so badly.

i cant see the markings but asking him the rim width, it should be 3.5" wide and will say on the spoke.
