The decals I find that say they are for Hurricanes are obviously not right.

I am looking for accurate reproductions of the tank decal that says Hurricane. The ones you find on-line are not quite right. The H is swept forward, and they are missing the HONDA in the corner.

My main problem is that I want them in different colors than the OEM ones, that I know are still available. Besides, a 22 year old decal may be questionable.

If anyone knows where I can get the artwork to make my own, or a decal maker that makes restoration quality decals, please let me know.

I have tried all the usual sources that come up on google.

 

did you check on ebay? i've seen hurricane sticker sets, but didn't pay that close attention if the H is correct or if honda is there. i haven't seen the stripe kits, just the tanks kits. you also might check with www.hondaparts-direct.com they list graphics, but you have to order some to see if they are instock, they've never replied to my emails about parts availability.

 

I found one OEM set on e-bay, and considered buying it to copy, it was red and white.

It went too high. I could get an OEM decal from any number of parts houses, but they are $20 to $30, a bit much to pay just for the artwork.

I do have the software and the know-how to copy one accurately. I used to do that kind of work.
