What are these plugs/connectors for?

Default ur plugs

as summised in earlyer post ,as they are actually the sockets of the rr leads the plugs have been re routed under the tail if u look under the white plastic section u will see the old rr,as said pain to get to hence routed to tail section.

so they are just extra plugs now? im curious as well to see if there are any drawbacks or longevity issues due to the rerouting

Went to see the bike today. The R/R is under the tail section above the rear hugger.
...and as guessed, the wires/leads have been re-wired/re-routed around these plugs.

r/r is refering to the regulator/rectifier. It takes the AC current generated by the stator
coil on the bike and converts it to DC that the bike uses, that's the rectifier part.
Then it caps that DC current at about 14.4-5 volts, since the current out-put by the
stator is variable, depending on RPM.

Default ur plugs

if u follow the spare sockets u will see the old rr under the white plastic piece, u may as well remove it as to avoid any further confusion,its excess baggage now and not needed.
