What’s this?

Can’t get my cbr to start. It turns over having had a new solenoid but won’t fire up. I’m unsure this is meant to be here and wondering if it’s an after market immobiliser?

After some investigations I think it’s the indicator relay. Well that doesn’t help with my none starting issue!!
