Im looking for a gas cap for an 89 cane. I have managed to find to examples. One is a vortex unit that is listed to fit my bike. The other is an oem unit from wemoto which is a uk site. Prices are similar so it should be a no brainer and go for the oem unit. After more searching i noticed the uk site lists that their parts are for euro spec canes.

I didnt think much of this untill i had learned the cane utilized rwo different tanks. One with the locking notch at the 6 oclock position and the other at the 12. Honda also lists two different part numbers.

I suppose my question is has anyone bought from wemoto before? Or knows where i can find an oem unit? The wemoto unit is only 54 bucks after shipping which is great and claims its for a 89. Im just afraid that the euro spec uses that other part number.

Disregard this post as i have found what i needed. A UK website known as wemoto sells oem caps and after shipping only ran me 54 bucks. Why can't the state venders be this cheap
