I have maintaned it extremely well and this in return is an extremly rteliable bike. Just some food for thought.
Your 140 rear is not stock, because these years came with the 130/80 in the rear.

I was running the stock sizes of 110/80 and 130/80 for 4 years and ofcourse the bike handled good. I just recently bought 110/70 140/70 Battlax's and I never though my old bike could handle this great, even with a slipping clutch!

Smile sport demon

I just take a ride with my new 150/70 17 rear sport demon and it works great. I dont feel any different to original 130/80 17 but wider looks little better.

I just rode my bike for the first time with the new 110/70/17 and 150/70/17 Sport Demons also. It is a whole new bike with these tires. Why do people put mis-matched, wrong size, non-sport bike tires on?

The same thing happened on my last Hurricane. The thing rode like crap until I put the right tires on it. But, I did not know the difference because it was my first sport bike.
