DC...might be the starter link shaft, the choke rod, make sure all the screws are tight and they are all adjusted correctly to syncronize the choke movement for each carb.

I delt with this on my old CB650

Not only did I clean all the jets and carbs, meaning you have to take the bowls off the bottom, un screw the jets and clean em, and soak everything else in carb cleaner, replace the rubber gaskets and stuff. and got them synced by a shop. it ran good.

But my choke cable was sticky and didn't go all the way down, so at idle the choke would still be on a little and caused the engine to die at idle. I'd have to push the choke down manually on the carbs for it to completely disengauge. So I would check this, make sure you choke goes all the way down while using the lever, if it doesnt' you'll have to lube up the cable and such so it works properly.
