Hey all, I am new to the forums and was looking to see if I could maybe get some answers from you guys. I have a 1990 CBR600 and I am looking to upgrade the gauge cluster to something more compact. So far from doing research I have learned that my speedometer is 2240/60 and tachometer is a 7:1 ratio. My question is how hard is it to upgrade this? I have read some things saying it is a sinch and all you have to do is hooke it up and then make minor adjustments and I have read other things that say it is super complicated. Thoughts? Any help would be awesome thanks guys!

 

There are many threads here on gauge cluster changes. The speedometer is mechanical so if you want to change to digital you need sensor, etc.
