I think i blew a gasket in the engine though i dont know how...I havent been racing it, coolant was just checked about a week ago and oil level was fine, but low and behold when i come out to start work oon it this morning, there is oil on the engine and its not turning over. Bleh. I might have a lot of excess parts for sale in the future guys. Looks like it may be time to fix up my 96 yzf750 with 9k miles on it

 

Where is the oil?

Take out your plugs and see if it will turn over.

If you blew a head gasket, there will be coolant in the oil and vice versa. Drain the oil and if it's milky green, not so good.

 

Coolant mixed with oil my friend. Im a little pissed. Drove just fine last night, made sure it was running well before i went to my apartment (wanted to make sure bike was good to go for carb work) bleh.

If it's a head gasket, that's actually not too hard. If something's cracked, well . . . . . . . . .

 

This bike has kind of been a cloud over my head for the past month or so. I thought I got a good deal, ended up pretty effed over. Im debating on throwing it into a fcking dumpster :P. 3 hurricanes....1 decent bike out of them all.

 

That sucks bro. I have been to hell and back with my bike, she was used and abused when I got her and taken me two years to almost get her the way I want. So what are you gonna do with it, part it?
