Does anyone know who makes handlebar risers for our bikes,
or am I out of luck?

Pretty much anyone who have some skills in that kind of machining.
I sent my original top fork bridge to a guy who took all the measurements and machined out a brand new for me.
My tip: ask at your local industrial workshop.

(perhaps not hte best explanation but I'm just a stupid Swede with a standard grade in English :P )
