Rear brake - how much does your foot lever travel
Hi guys - a newbie q for you...
Riding the bike again this evening I noticed there's a fair bit of play on the foot brake lever. It does its job fine its just that I can press it down quite far.
On the plus side it means if I'm touching the lever with my foot a little then it won't be wearing out the pads needlessly.
On the negative side the play may be too much and the brake might be better if it were bled up and made firmer if possible.
Like I say it works well and the pads have plenty of meat on them but I wondered what you think is the best way to have it set up or, how yours operates?
Thanks guys!

Mine has some play as well. Probably a little air left in it, as when I bleed them, it stays tight for a bit then softens, probably an air bubble got loose or something. I don't use the rear that much (only when its wet, or dragging for a turn - but not often)
