Hi everyone.I realise the topic is well discussed,but I cant find anything like a difinitive answer.I need to raise the bars by about 1 to 1.5 inches.It has been suggested elswhere that vfr 750 bars will achieve this .Is this so? and if so what year bars for an '89 fk?.I hope somebody is able to put me right on this,as I dont want to buy vfr clipons on spec.

I feel like I would enjoy my cain much more if the bars were a little higher. Maybe take some of the strain off my upper back/shoulders. I ride a twisty 60 miles to school and with a couple books in my bag, I can feel the burn.
One more thing, will the clutch and brake, and electrical wiring have enough give to add different raised bars?
