Project Started Finally(lotsa pics)
So it finally warmed up over 30 and I took her out all day, then brought her home with a ton of tools and went to work. 2 hours later, woohoo. The only hard part was removing the rear axle, My punches weren't long enough. So I improvised a crappy loooong screwdriver with a crappy socket welded to it and presto! A long enough punch.
Ran into 2 snags, I forgot my brake bleeder and my chain press(link breaker) and left them at work.[:@]SO no new brake lines or chain on the bike. The temp dropped back down to 15 degrees though. So at least it's not that big of a deal.

Ok Movies of the bike
You'll notice it is now stalling out a little around 7k again, probably because it's freaking cold here and my garage heater was turned off at the time. When I went for the ride earlier today, it did it as well butit was just fine after it warmed up. My guess is the old fuel left in the tank over the winter, just need to burn the rest of that crap out. Or i might need to clean my carbs again. Seems like I'll have to rejet it now anyway with the exhaust....
anyway

Nope. RRasco put me on to them, they bolt right on and look way better. 2 things though, you lose your helmet holder and the rear light mounting points.
I don't know if this is a stupid question or not I don't know much about our bikes, Having the F4i pegs would maybe change the mounting location slightly of the muffler? If having those pegs could we now mount mufflers for a F4i or are the mufflers actually "tuned" for a F4i? Do you have it done and back together? Looks/Sounds awesome I can't wait to come across that exhaust system. Post pictures when its all done
It did change the mounting location, but not more than a 1/2". (and I have to say I'm a freaking dork, geez shoulda edited myself outta the video.) The nice angle the exhaust has is pretty much what D&D designed. The panels are not on because I'm fixing them and making a set of molds to make new cf panels with. My shops link breaker is mia and I've been stuck working till after 9 every night. So pretty much thats were the bike is at the moment. [:@]
