Hi again all...does anyone know if 87-88 Hurricane plastic is still available from Honda dealers? I want to get it already painted with the graphics and all, though it wasn't cheap the last time I bought any of it a few years ago. Thanks for the help.

 

You're best bet is to call Honda yourself. I don't know what they can or can't get still. Let us know how it goes

honda dont seem to have any of the large fairings at all! but you can still get the under seat fairings and inspection panels, i have seen one or two front fairings in my travels and the inserts around the clocks are still available too!
i dont know if you usa chaps are aware of www.davidsilverspares.co.uk but they sell honda spares that have been liberated from honda dealers worldwide and have a stock of cbr fj--l spares

I just bought both lower sides brand new for my 89 from meier and even though I'm not al impressed with the thgickness of the ABS, the price more then makes up for it. These sides are new and come smooth, would I sand them befor applying primer?

 

I also put maier sides on mine with the same response. once you paint them they do the job. rather have oem though. anyone know where to get the upper fairing for an 88 cbr. dropped my bike of the fwy. messed up the new maier too. they don't take a good drop well.

 

You can find most of them on ebay right now. BUT you will have to get them painted yourself. Probably the best way to do it anyway.

 

hey guys i need body parts bad front end on both sides whats the maier thing is that a web site? and do they ship to Toronto Canada??? Ive been searchin on ebay and have been gettin crappy hits for fairing parts. please help.
