Default Parts fitment

I was wondering if anyone knew how a few parts from other gen's fit, like rearset's and tire's mostly. I absolutely need new rearsets so those would be great to find a bolt on alternative to finding some F1 ones. Any other big parts swappable that you guys know of?

I think F2/F3 rearsets will bolt up, but your peg gets raised up a fair bit more than stock, not sure exactly how much difference, but yeah. in terms of tires, unless you do a swingarm swap for something else, like an F2/3, F4/i etc you really dont have any choices out back. same up front.

in standard sizes, Duro makes the HF918, which is a street tire, in 110/70 and 140/70 sizes to accomodate our needs, and judging by the looks, you could safely use Pilot Powers in a 150 rear and 110 front safely. I have the Duro rear on mine, it only cost me $58somethin with free install, and the front is like $50 I think, which isnt bad.

I dont know yet whether they raise the peg up and back, or JUST up. I've got a buddy with an F3, so I'll look.

The original tires should be a 110 80 17 for the front and 130 80 17 rear.
If you goto your local honda shop, or call around, im sure they can order it for you
or even check out ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/metze...Q5fAccessories

thats what i currently have, there not bad. also a common set is the Brigstone BT-45.. I wouldn't get tricked into paying out lots of cash for High performance tires. Because your probley not going to be traveling ove 200km/h too often lolol

Oh yes, front rotors from an F2 will fit the Hurricane's front rims, which gives you an option in I think either a Galfer, or EBC semi floating disc setup for the front. might not be totally correct, but hey, check em out.
