Top 2 are good, but that third one looks burnt and Lean. Maybe oily, is it oily or dry?

Well not super burnt, but a little burnt. If it is lean it is just under stoich, or like it got a little fouled and then burnt it off. You test the plug wires yet to see if they have let go?
I also seem to remember someone saying they had to replace a fuse or reset a circuit breaker, or something when they over-revved their cane. They said it cleared it up after they did whatever it was. Problem is it was like 9 months ago and I can't remember who said it.
On the back fire is actually firing up into the carbs or out the pipe only? If it is blasting into the carbs it could cause some problems with seals, adjustments, etc. Definately fix the leak too.

actually i put new plugs in it, and when i pulled them out after a short 1 mile run (not really hard on it), they were very white, with silverish stuff on the top, almost looked like anti-seize. im hoping its not leaning out, and thats part of my piston....

i don't know what to do...

what controls the spark? is there a distributer, that could have the timing off? maybe the big muffler i put on it (2.25" ID) could make it run lean. thats all i can think of. so i need to jet the carbs? hmm, i just want the bike to be ride-able

Yes, you can check the timing but it is not adjustable. At least you can eliminate one problem.. or if the timing is off then you know to dig deeper.
