Hello all, I'm glad to see the forum still around. I am in the process of rebuilding the old hurricane, and I have been having a hard time finding some items such as crankcase gaskets, engine Oil seals, (not the fork dust+oil seals), and a few other items. I haven't split the case yet since I haven't been able to find these items new. My plan was to fully disassemble the engine so I could sandblast the case. Does anyone have the skinny on these items? I have tried ebay, and other parts websites and I cannot find these.

I could always make my own gasket plus honda bond /nods head.... but that is time consuming and the hole punches never come out as good.

Thefe appears to be a few seals...

 

I have I noticed the gear shifter seal but I haven't found the countershaft seal the one that is behind the sprocket. When I look the part number up it is always unavailable. The crankcase splits right in the middle of the countershaft oil seal. I'm wondering maybe I can get away with reusing mine but I got to be honest it looks like a 5 out of 10.
