There is a label in the bike that will tell you, or look in the owner's manual. This has been discussed before, and the consensus says 87 octane or equivalent.

i always run 91/93 in my f3.
yes the manual may recommend a lower octane, but with the higher compression ratios that these bikes have, why risk it?
running a lower octane wont have any immediate effects, but in the long run it will extend the life of your motor.

How much compression are you running? More the 12:1?

Higher octane is a slower burning fuel and burns at higher temps. So unless your bike is tuned for it, your wasting your money and hurting your performance a little.

he's right. you're wasting your money 2 fold because a)it costs more and b)you use more of it to make the same amount of "bang" because it burns slower.

i always used reg.

Yep regular grade fuel is fine unless you have mods done to your engine requiring running higher octane. Running a higher octane than needed for your engine setup doesn't help anything or provide any benefits.

On the frame, right rear fairing off, on the tail section there is a service specs sticker it says 91 Octane min. Also, all the valve adjustment, idle specs. etc.

What bike do you have? Must be a newer one than the OP. Some of the stickers say 91 octane RON, which is 87 pump octane in the US. If tour bike says to use 91, then use 91.
