Is anyone running nitrous on there hurricane? I have a 1987 600 that I want to make into a drag bike. Not for street use. What system is available for this bike?

Also can a EFI system be altered to work on a carb?

 

From what I know about NOS systems, there are only a couple manufacturers out there for bikes, and most build for the 1000+ CC bikes (Busa, ZX12/14 etc)

I've never seen an advertised kit for a 600, let alone a carburated 600... update... found this: http://www.superstreetbike.com/hotpr...ous_oxide_kit/ . Best thing I can suggest would be to set it up for an air mix (fogger), either way you're looking at some serious engine modification, frame, suspension work (NOS on cars is tricky, I imagine bikes are moreso)... best bet would be to scavange a newer FI engine w/ some better power and tweakability (and parts), much more room to work and easier to do some retuning than w/ carbs.
