What do you mean "Jetted" your carbs? Like changed the size of your main jet? Because yes, that has absolutely nothing to do with anything related to anything that happens around idle.

Have you tried shooting carb cleaner around the manifold rubbers to check for vacuum leak?

If it's not a vacuum leak, then my guess would be dirty idle jet, sticky float needle, bad float height on one or more floats, or dirty filter/screen under the needle seat.

Good luck.

If Gogar's suggestions don't solve it, you could try checking choke operation, or by-starter valve.Get CBR600F manual for more detailsfrom CBRExtreme.com.

My bike has some strangebehaviour:after starting with the choke on, it automatically increases the idle speed to about 2500rpm after about a minute.
