when i am on my bike the rpms jump around not more then like 300-400 but enought to feel wrong i was wondering if this is normal and as i assume it is not how to correct the problem and i was going to see if anyone had any sound clips of their bike running at an idle to hear how they sound and how off mine is.

dynojet or factory pro.

as for the jumping idle, you may have a intake leak somewhere or a vaccum hose is leaking.

 

i think i am gonna git a dynojet kit and how might i go about the finding of a vacumme leak i just want it to idle better and not jump thanks

 

While the bike is running, take some carb cleaner and shoot it on the rubber manifolds that connect the carb to the head. If the rpms jump when you do it, there's a leaky manifold.

ok i sprayed carb cleaner on the intake boots and when i hit one of them it reved up i geuss i need to replace that and could there be any other problems or just fix this and see what happens

does anybody know if the 1000 boots will fix the 600 thanks
