Default Idle jet

I found out that my idle jets for cylinders 2 and 3 were clogged, took out #2 and cleaned it with no problems, went to take out #3 and the damn thing chipped all of the grip part off, i have tried to use a hacksaw to cut another groove into it to get it out, and ive tried gluing a piece of metal in it to get it out, still stuck in there (i have a replacement) any ideas how i can get it out without damaging anything else? (thinking about drilling it out with a smaller bit and using a thread cutter to get the last of it out)

VERY delicately, use an easy out. trust me, flush the carb body out VERY well before inserting the new jet. been there, done that.

I keep two spare pilots on hand for this precise reason.
