My bike runs poorly and only idles with the choke on . Today I discovered some holes in the exhaust before the muffler. Could this be making a big affect on my eratic running condition? and would Jb weld be a good fix?

start with a good carb cleaning. then once they are back on and the bike has warmed up, do a sync. the difference will be big

The hole on the bottom of the muffler is to drain water. H2o is one of the other emmisions producedin an internal combustion engine.

I patched the holes in the the exhaust. There's no holes in the muffler. But theres one small hole on the third pipe. I cleaned the carbs and the bike's idling without the choke and running alright. Could that pinhole in the third pipe be causing abig loss of power? I'm going to try and get the carb's syhnched tommorow.
