Have a look at some original bikes. Maybe, get some pictures. In today’s climate most bike dealers will bend over backwards if they think a sale might be in it. Also, download an RR manual. Compare, develop a concept, have a go. There is no standard way to do. I’m about 35% of the way through my full fairing morph. measure twice cut once.

Wow man I applaud you on your work. If you can finish everything you gotta post more pics. I put an f4i fairing on my hurricane; just finished it a couple days ago. Putting the new tail pieces on old bikes is a pain in the butt. I had to chop the frame; make it smaller(shorter) and make new tabs for the rear fairing. Please post some more pics if you have a chance.
