Default Head work

Hey guy just wondering if any of you have had head work done on your f1? And did it help? I was also thinking of a stage 2 jet kit, but ive only seen stage 1 avaliable? do the stage 1 make a diffrence, or the stage 2 for that mater?

Dunno about which stage is better, there are alot of variables, like altitude, engine wear and tear, intake/exhaust mods, decked heads, etc.
Port and polish rocks however, as do properly tuned carbs, the two together will rip it hard. With my p-n-p the 6500 rpm dip was almost completely removed, and she revs like crazy right to redline. Waaay faster rev. My head is also decked .010" to raise the compression ratio up .1pt.

Nope, horsepower farms did it. They usually build top fuel and funny cars, but my mechanic knew the guy, so hey.
Any respectable race shop should be able to do it for you, as it is a pain in the butt to get every port the same. Get to know your tech and tale him to dinner or out to a bar, he should hook you up once you guys are friends
