Default Got a question about my headers?

I haven't been on this site for a while. The last time I was here I had crashed my cane. since then i have brought it back to life by getting new forks, new rim and tire, and oil cooler. I also put in some dual headlights, that look really cool. Anyways I noticed that two of my headers are pretty banged up, not broken, put really pushed in. I'm loosing a lot of horsepower and I am making the engine work harder. I wanted to see what my options are at getting this problem fixed. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

They're crushed in, so I'd say they're effed. I have a set of headers that I could sell you if you're not opposed to an aftermarket exhaust. I'm reverting to completely stock.

Acctually they can be repaired most times for cheap. Call around to some motorcycles shops and car perfomance shops, I've seen completely flattened car headers fixed and look brand new for alot cheaper than buying new headers, not to say its cheap, just cheaper than buying a new exhaust

I'm interested in that aftermarket header though cause I'm stuck with a stock header on my bike

soon as my stock header comes in, I'm going to take measurements, to see what all it has over a stocker. personally I doubt much more than a simple bit of weight.

I still need to find out what they are, but I"m thinking $70+shipping for them. Psycho diver has first dibs, but you get 2nd shot.

when i got my yoshi header, the bottom tubes were flattened from someone curb jumping. i welded bolts to the tubes, heated the pipes red hot, and used a slide hammer attached to the bolts to pull the dents out.

It may be possible to cut out the flat sections and than weld patches onto them, but idk, that's what I plan to do to mine.
