Default Getting ready for paint (sanding) HELP

I am going to be painting my 90 600F soon. I would just like to know what grit sandpaper to use for the plastics and what grit for the gastank which is metal and not plastic......
Also what to do to get the paint off of the rims.......

depends, are you just scuffing and spraying or fixing flaws? If you are just scuffing n spraying, 320 - 600 will work on both the tank n plastics. 150 - 220 will work if you have any rash to clean up.

On the wheels use air craft paint remover.
