Hi, I am a new 600 owner. Bought a bit of a tatty specimen which I am going to paint up etc...
First off I have no idear which model it is other than it was sold to me as a 1996 FV , I am a bit confused over F1 orF2 etc Fthis and that ! Can I maybe tell by the frame number?
Also it needs a front mudgaurd does anyone know if one from other years can be fitted ?

f2 and f3 are for all intents and purposes the same bike. slight engine and suspension mods set it apart from the f2.

 

Hi, thanks for the infomation on the models... I am having trouble finding a front mudguard still though without buying a brand new one that is, anyone know if I can fit one from another year ?

f3 models '95 and '96.

 

use f2 years since same fender.

 

tell me about it, i figured that one out after i bought an f2 fender....no worries i am still making it fit. the forks are a little wider on the F2 and up.
