Wouldanyone know from past experiance if the front mudguard from a 94 or later CBR1000F will fit on to
a 1990 model.

I prefer the look of a more exposed wheel likeon the later bikes but there is no point in buying a mudguard
if it won't fit.

 

No ,won't fit because the brakes are dfferent, and the mounting holes in the mudguard won't line up, as the forks are different to accommodate the DCBS brakes............at least, I couldn't get it to fit.......

 

Cheers Shadow1 - saves me the expense of buying one to try.

Will go back to plan A. ( Carefully trim the current one to look like a later mudguard.
