do i have to use fairings from 87-90 or can i buy newer fairings for my 87 cbr 600 hurricane because the 87 fairings don't look as cool and they are harder to find

 

Go to ROTM and check ras122's bike. You can use plastics off another bike as he has done, but it takes a lot of time and fab work. I have no experience with that, but his bike looks great with newer plastics. It really depends on the amount of money and time you want to spend.

 

if you want to make them fit, go ahead. nothing will bolt straight up, so be prepared to work for what you want.
