f4/i maybe, but 929 and 600rr definitely not. the axles on those have a much larger OD. also, they use different size, offset, and bolt pattern rotors.
try to find a f2 rim and looks like you'll also need the calipers. i believe you can even use the f3 rim and calipers if you needed slightly more options. but for the most part, everything past 98 is a no go.
you could probably find a set of f2 calipers for cheap and just get a rebuild kit. the rim may cost you a bit more. if you want a 3 spoke rim that will fit the forks, you may be out of luck on that front. i know for a fact that the hub section of the 600rr rim is much wider than the f2 rim side to side because the fork spacing is also designed wider for more stability.
