That's an interesting question. I would think that my question itself would tell you what I am trying to accomplish, but since it apparently didn't I will tell you.

I have an F1 motor and no frame. F1 frames seem to be nigh on impossible to lay hands on, but I see plenty of F2 and F3 frames around, so I was wondering if I could fit and F1 motor in an F2 frame.

Now, it you can answer that question, great! I would appreciate it very much, but if you can't please don't post anything. Thank you.

pretty harsh for someone who is trying to help you. i would imagine mich was trying to get a feel as to what your goal was to provide additional info as he sure as hell knows his bikes and to let you know about other possible run ins you may have encountered....if you have not noticed not many people post up help in here other than 2-3 people....so i think you just eliminated your chance of getting any real help here.

i have seen plenty of F1 frames on eBay, just case its not listed now doesnt mean its not going to be there tomorrow. check craigslist and other class ad sites, seen a rolling chassis without engine locally for $600. try looking a little harder and you'll find what you are looking for.
