Default considering a larger oil cooler. any downfalls?

so I'm contemplating upgrading my oil cooler a little to help offset the heat here in FL and keeping my oil in a happy temp range more effectively. the cooler I want to go for, is an RC51 unit.

has anyone done this? downfalls? one of my friends brought up a point that doubling the number of cooling fin rows may cause an oil pressure drop to an extent.

keep in mind that will also make it warm up slower.
and yes, a larger volume oil cooler will drop oil pressure. how much, im not sure
