Hi all, Looking for some info if anyone can help.
I have a 2000 CBR 600F F4 XY and looking to change the oil in the forks. Before I start to dismantle everything I have heard that there are two types of internals in forks, the normal spring setup and a cartridge. does anyone know what one came in mine.
Also what fluid are people using/recommending for this in the UK.

I am certain that it is the normal spring set up as can be seen here:

I used Morris 1LT Race SUS 10W 10WT Fork Oil in my forks. But in reality any 10wt oil should be fine

 

Cheers for the speedy reply. That's what I have been seeing but thought I read somewhere that model had a cartridge. Must have been going off in a tangent with my research lol
