Default Avon ST v. Pirilli Demon

Ive been doing some research and reading over the past month or so trying to get ready for the season and was wondering... Has anyone else looked into the Avon Storm-ST's? From what I can tell the Demons are kind of a forum favorite, but the reviews for the Avon sound so good from their "new" tire design.
Wanted to see everyones opinion on the matter/ personal preference.

P.S. Brake rotors; Does anywhere sell cheap replacements or should rob a bank now?

In my haste I misspelled Pirelli and when I tried to edit it, it created a new thread.

I have one good used brake rotor and yes, new ones are expensive.

I am running Avon Azaro-St, they are the same as the storm's, they just didn't change the mold on the size I purchased. (I called Avon Technical Support, and got a human! I called back and asked where I could get some swag, and they mailed me some decals to put on my bike.) I ride pretty easy, only touched a peg once. But I've had these in rain and dry and they seem to be a great touring tire. I plan on replacing with the same tire when these wear down. I have about 4000+/- miles on these and the front is in good shape, the rear is wearing alittle in the middle, may only get about 7000 miles out of the rear. For me, these are GREAT!

Thanks Abramj, I really prefer to get first hand feedback from you kind folks before I let my life go resting on 2 pieces of rubber.

I was able to take my bike out on a small go kart track today. Lots of turns and a 75mph straightaway. Got the tires scrubbed almost edge to edge but was scraping footpegs so I figured that was enough of a lean angle. I was very happy with the performance of the tires as there was no slippage on the turns or under hard braking at the end of the straightaway.
I would rate these tires as excellent for aggressive sport riding. I know some people on this forum have asked what tires are good for these bikes. I will wait for the first canyon ride of the year and then report back after.
Good riding Hurricane freaks!
