hi all. i am currently restoreing an 87 cbr 600f due to cracked frame,i have come across a tatty 88 with no crack fairly cheap,im planning on putting my 87 parts on the 88,such as motor,bodywork,wheels,forks,i have found 1 difference,jus from looking over the 88,it has a side stand light in speedo ..my question is am i going to find that the parts i want to swap wont fit for anyreason.ty for any advise

 

they wont fit, use a bridge on stand switch if it need it to run

 

i dont know about the side stand thing but as for motor and fairings and all that stuff its all the same up to 1990. in 1990 they changed the carbs
