Depending on what state you live in, no title = pain in the *** trying to get plates. Otherwise $500 is a great deal for an '89. What does "needs the valves ran" mean?
Valve adjustment?

Ill get some pics up as soon as the plastic is back on hope this weekend. I have the service manual and the right tools. I ran them 3 times last night and still making that noise talked to a shop today and they said for 200 they would do it but they are 3 weeks out. I need to find some buddies that know how to wrench on these cbr's!
