911 Carb Emergency!

Well long story short, I need a tap small enough for the idle mixture screw hole, anyone know if one exists?

If not, Im looking at a set of carbs off of a 90 cane. But id rather not spend the 250 on them.......

most taps are tappered and work best when you have a deep hole or a through hole. the threads dont cut full size until about halfway up the tap.
