How does that Delvic sound? I almost bought the exact same can.... Do the make an aftermarket manifold too? How large of tire can you go in the rear? I just ordered sprockets for mean @cheapcycleparts.com I went -1 in front and +2 rear.... Ordered chain off EBay..... We shall see how it goes.... I'll keep ya posted thanks again

the sprocket choice you made will lower your top speed and increase your acceleration, not sure if that's what your after or not but I thought it was worth mentioning

We shall see ill try it out for this summer n change it again this winter if I don't like it lol...... Keep in touch with your builds man.... Hopefully ill be posting some pics soon of the engine teardown.... Thanks again n ride safe....

Default F2 Tank conversion

The f1 fuel cap sits about two inchs forward from the covers access hole.
Did you end up using an F2 tank and make up brackets or is there a way to modify an F1 tank to have the newer style bolt in fuel cap ?

Dude, his last post in this thread was April 22nd, 2012. That's more than 7 years ago.
His last time accessing this forum was in 2013, so he is long gone.
Either he didn't finish the swap and sold the bike down the road, parted out, or trashed it; or he finished it and never bothered to check in here. Either way, unless he took notes, I doubt he remembers what he had to do back then to make it work.
